FAST TURNAROUND

E SHOT IT Photography is committed to delivering your photos within one week of your shoot, allowing you to relive your memories as quickly as possible.

The only exception to this is:

  • The shoot is an event that is 5+ hours as the extensive attention to detail required for such shoots demands additional time to ensure every detail is perfected.

QUANTITY

You will receive an expertly edited version of every image captured during your shoot, providing you with multiple options to suit your vision.

The only exceptions are:

  • Images that are unusable due to being out of focus, corrupted, or otherwise flawed.

  • Packages that specify a set number of photos included in your selection.

  • Yes, I will work with you to find a new available date. Please notify me as early as possible to ensure the best scheduling options.

  • Yes, while I specialize in football and basketball photography, I am available to shoot other sports as well. Please email me with details about your specific needs, and I can create a customized package for you.

  • Yes, you are encouraged to express yourself freely throughout the session to capture your unique style and personality.

  • Yes, please message me with the specifics of what you're looking for, and I will create a custom package tailored to your needs.

  • Yes, outfit changes will be included within your scheduled shoot time. To maximize your session, I recommend to plan your outfits in advance.

  • Yes, in the event of rain, high winds, dust, or any other harsh weather conditions, I will work with you to reschedule your shoot.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring your own props to the shoot. Please feel free to let me know in advance if you have specific items in mind so I can plan accordingly.

  • Yes, A non-refundable $50 deposit is required for any packages or sessions that exceed $100.

  • Refunds are not available, but you are welcome to reschedule your shoot if needed.

POLICIES

Booking & Scheduling

  • A $50 nonrefundable deposit is REQUIRED for all shoots over the $100 price point to secure your date.

  • Full payment is due ON the day of the shoot.

  • A complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Reschedules due to weather or emergencies must be discussed directly and confirmed.

  • A 20-minute grace period is allowed. After that, time will be deducted from the session due to late arrival

  • Extra time needed at the location (before/after session) may result in additional charges.

  • Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled session date is considered a last-minute cancellation. (NO REFUNDS)

  • Clients who cancel last-minute more than once will be denied any future bookings.

USAGE RIGHTS

  • Photographer retains full copyright and may use images for portfolio, social media, or marketing.

  • Clients may use images for personal or business use (depending on session type), but may not resell

PAYMENT

  • Payments are accepted through CashApp, Cash, OR Apple Pay,

  • All payments are non-refundable unless the photographer cancels.

  • Fee applies if edits are requested within 24–48 hours.

  • Sessions outside of [20] miles from the Horizon/Eastlake area will incur a travel fee.

  • If photographer cancels due to emergency, a full refund will be issued or session rescheduled at no cost.
